Why do some pilots get airline jobs quickly, while others may spend several years job-hunting?
The reason is that flying qualifications alone are not enough. Airlines require a specific set of personal attributes and competencies – which many trainee pilots are simply not aware of.
With 18 years experience of helping more than 1,000 pilots secure their first airline job, we have unrivalled knowledge of exactly what airlines are looking for when recruiting pilots.
So, when developing the AirlineReady MCC+JOC back in 2013, we set out to redefine multi-crew training by placing a strong emphasis on employability and type-rating readiness.
Since then, our Flight Training Centre at Cambridge Airport, near London Stansted, has become a centre of excellence for multi-crew training, attracting high-calibre students from all over Europe.
In just a few weeks, our students develop into a different class of pilot – confident in their new skills and fully prepared to take advantage of the employment opportunities that await them.
